At Arika, every product is custom-made according to your design and requirements. Since each item is personalized, production begins only after the order is confirmed.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as most products are personalized and custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Personalized products that match the approved design.

Return Request Period

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
  • Once customization, embroidery, or printing work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund on Cancellation

  • Eligible cancelled orders will receive a refund within 7–14 business days.
  • Any design or customization charges already incurred may be deducted.
