- Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or during special campaigns.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as most products are personalized and custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns

Non-Eligible Returns

Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

- Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
- Once customization, embroidery, or printing work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund on Cancellation
- Eligible cancelled orders will receive a refund within 7–14 business days.
- Any design or customization charges already incurred may be deducted.
